WHAT DOES IT MEAN
Sweat Box will be closed starting March 17th to comply with official orders to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We know that this gym and community are important to so many of you so it is with deep sadness that we must take this step. All memberships will be placed on automatic freeze while we are closed. Memberships will automatically resume once we are able to open back up. We have had some requests from members to keep their memberships active to help Sweat Box through this challenging time. We are INCREDIBLY grateful for this. If you would like to keep you membership active, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will open as soon as we are given the green light from State officials. We will continue to post updates as we learn more information. Stay active, stay healthy, stay positive!
Sweat Box was founded by personal trainers with over 50 years combined experience. At Sweat Box, we believe in only the highest standards of fitness training and have been a leading facility since 2012. The gym is designed to offer the best training equipment and space to get fast results and take your fitness to the next level. Our staff members are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being healthy and strong. Getting you in shape is our goal.
Use Sweat Box as your own private gym. Members have access to a wide variety of training equipment including: free weights, kettle bells, squat racks, battling ropes, heavybags, balance and agility equipment, and much more. We also offer a cardio section that includes treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, and step mills. Stop in during staffed hours or sign up online to get started today!
We put "personal" back in personal training. We learn about your fitness goals, your physical strengths and your mental barriers. Then, together, we get to work. Let us give you the attention and accountablity you need to reach your goals.
Members have access to the gym everyday of the week from 5am-10pm. Take advantage of our extended hours with your personal keycard and move, train, sweat even more!
